1. What exactly is a Pattern Watcher?
A Pattern Watcher monitors ONE specific combination of: Trading Pair + Timeframe + Pattern + Exchange. Example: Watching BTC/USDT on Binance Futures for a Rising Wedge on the 15-minute chart = 1 watcher. Monitoring the same pair for 3 different patterns = 3 watchers.
2. Why do timeframes matter for pricing?
Lower timeframes detect 10-20x more patterns than higher timeframes. A 1-minute chart shows significantly more price action than a 1-hour chart. Day traders and scalpers need faster timeframes to catch short-term setups. Higher tiers unlock faster timeframes because they deliver more opportunities and require more computational resources.
3. Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! Upgrading charges the prorated difference immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will keep your current features until then.
4. What happens if I hit my watcher limit?
You can't create new watchers beyond your limit. Either remove existing watchers or upgrade to a higher tier. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.

9. How do I get started?
Start the 7-day Pro trial from the pricing page with your card upfront. You won't be charged until day 8. Before the trial ends, you can keep Pro, downgrade upcoming billing to Basic, or upgrade to Enterprise or Enterprise+.

Alerts arrive within seconds of pattern detection. Platform notifications are available on all plans. Discord is included during the 7-day Pro trial and on all paid plans. 11. Do I need to connect my exchange account?
No. We monitor public market data only. No API keys required. Your funds and accounts stay completely separate and secure.
12. How accurate are the pattern detections?
We detect patterns using established technical analysis rules. When a pattern forms correctly, we notify you. However, patterns are tools, not guarantees. Even perfect patterns have 60-75% historical success rates. Market factors (news, sentiment, volume) heavily influence outcomes. We find the patterns - you make the trading decisions.
13. What do 'Confidence' and 'Maturity' mean?
Confidence: How well the pattern matches textbook criteria (higher = cleaner pattern) Maturity: How developed the pattern is (higher = closer to potential breakout) Use these metrics to prioritize which setups to focus on.
14. Can I monitor multiple exchanges simultaneously?
Yes. Create watchers for any supported exchange. Your watcher limit applies across all exchanges combined. Example: with 100 watchers, you could monitor 50 on Binance and 50 on Bybit.
