To access ChartScout, you must create an account through our authentication system. We support login through Google and Discord accounts. By using our service, you agree to the following:

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Estonia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the member state in which you are domiciled.

ChartScout provides pattern detection alerts through multiple notification channels. By enabling any notification channel, you agree to the following terms:

Discord Direct Messages:

• Discord DM notifications are available on plans that include Discord alerts
• You must connect your Discord account and authorize our bot to send you direct messages
• You are responsible for ensuring your Discord privacy settings allow DMs from server members
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to Discord rate limits or service outages

Email Notifications:

• Email notifications are delivered through our partner Resend
• You consent to receive pattern detection alerts at your registered email address
• Transactional and security-related emails may be sent regardless of marketing preferences
• Email delivery may be affected by your email provider's spam filters

Telegram Notifications:

• You must initiate a conversation with our Telegram bot to enable notifications

• By linking your Telegram account, you authorize us to send pattern alerts to your chat

• Message delivery depends on Telegram's service availability

• You can unlink your account at any time through settings

• You can opt out at any time by unlinking your Telegram account in settings

General Terms:

• We do not guarantee real-time delivery of notifications across any channel
• Notification content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue notification channels with reasonable notice

Our service integrates with third-party platforms to provide its core functionality. By using ChartScout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of these services:

• Authentication: We use a dedicated identity provider for access management. Login is available through Google and Discord. Your use of these providers is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Market Data: We source market data from various cryptocurrency exchanges including Binance, Bybit, Kucoin, Mexc, and Hyperliquid. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of this data.
• Payments: We use Stripe to process payments. These transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
• Infrastructure: Our platform runs on privately managed infrastructure. Production live detection images are stored in Amazon S3.
• Notification Delivery: We use Discord API, Resend (email), and Telegram Bot API to deliver notifications. These services are subject to their respective terms of service.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
