Detection API is live
- The ChartScout Detection API public demo is available to everyone without an account or API key. It returns real ChartScout detections from supported exchanges, limited to five results and delayed by at least 24 hours.
- Authenticated REST, historical-data and resumable Server-Sent Events access is open through self-service registration. Sign in, verify a card, and receive a production API key immediately.
- Our approved pricing model has no base fee and no monthly minimum. Customers pay only for delivered detections: $0.01 on 1m, $0.02 on 3m, $0.03 on 5m, $0.05 on 15m, $0.08 on 30m, $0.12 on 1h to 4h, $0.20 on 6h to 1d, and $0.30 on 3d, 1w and 1M.
- Only the first delivery of a detection to an account is billable. Historical query processing, pagination, catalog requests and re-reading previously delivered detections are free. Overlapping filters, retries, single-detection fetches and SSE re-deliveries never create a second detection charge.
- A newly verified PAYG account receives real-time detections immediately, initially with 10 admission units per second and 24 hours of history. After the first successful settled payment, access increases to 25 admission units per second and seven days of history.
- Automated $5, $20 and recurring $50 billing blocks are active. Usage pauses at an unsettled block and the same key resumes automatically after Stripe confirms payment.
- The API supports scoped, environment-bound keys, one-time secret display, immediate revocation and two active keys for safe rotation. Each self-service key defaults to a $50 monthly spend limit, independently of the account-level spending limit.
- The interactive documentation includes REST and SSE examples, historical detections, subscriptions, usage reporting, rate-limit status, catalog endpoints, an in-browser explorer, OpenAPI and an AI-agent integration guide.
- API filters only select detections ChartScout already produces. They never create Pattern Watchers or additional detector workloads.
